did you log into your support acct to see all the details on your ticket? they may have asked for some additional info. you can also reopen it there. you can't really do anything via email.

yep, the last question they asked was what my new id is, and i already answer it couple days ago.

they replied it again, asking for my patience as they got lotsa things to sort at friday last week

 

today they email me saying that my ticket is closed. sigh

i have reopen my ticket just now tho :/

yup maybe u should. just ask em any update regarding the issue. i already asked em to update me about my issue, waiting for their reply now. we know that they are trying hard to resolve this matter, but as a client, just asked em any update that u need to know. u have the right to know /no1

Ya'll just need more patience man.. I'm in the same boat they probably cant do anything till maintenance because its sever side issue and they probably need a full reboot to fix the problem. However it would be nice if they could find what caused the problem in the first place and fix it.

hey guys. my ticket have been resolved and i can play my character already. apparently they didn't do the transferring stuff, so i can use my old account to play.

They closed my ticket, but I got my original account back. I didn't have to transfer anything. I only lost 4 days of play time.

Same problem here, but if i enter with other account i can see my character standing in Geffen tower whit a doram tuna buff in a infinity loop.

but if i try PM my char, is like it's desconected.

i open a ticket but the GM says it's as a problem with my connection, but others acounnts work very well.

 i really need help :(

Hello,

It doesn't seem like the character is stuck in an instance but you can request it to be moved to another town, preferably Prontera.

Use the thread here or a ticket to request character relocation and see if that resolves the issue.
