As far as I know, you still gain the bonus stat; it's just not displayed. Also, it seems that since they changed the extra option, it's no longer affecting the character card stat and the guide seems to be working fine (for the 4-5 stats I've tried, anyway).

Just talked to Nolan. He said it's possible some are working, but the item itself is not working for all.

Where do I pick up the quest for the character card, I talked to victor and picked up the first half of the quest at bearded whale coast, but after I turned the quest in to victor nothing happened. Playing a dragonkin, not sure if that has anything to do with it, but yeah I'm Pretty much stuck now.

Im unsure about how dragonkin get character cards, but there were character cards sent out to everyone the patch before this one iirc.

Sucks to find out that the card gives stats. Seems like answering honestly is a bad thing.

*Edit: Doesn't matter anyways. I tried multiple of the combos on some alts and none of them came out with results. I made sure to check all stats before and after. =(

You have to do every red quest before level 20 and then talk to the guard.

Its worked and had always worked except if you have a bugged character which if you do you're screwed cause there's no fix for that.

I can confirm as of today this is working, for Dragonkins too, but the quest is even shorter, just talking no need to kill the 20 enemies anymore.

 

Also, I can confirm the 8% ATK Speed bonus:

Blood: O Horoscope: Leo Hobby: Game Style: Mysterious

It doesn't show up in the card tho, and as soon as I did this I just relogged and my ATK speed went up by 8%.

Remove all your gear,accessories, pets,medals, IM gear and log out. Then log back in and check the stat of the card combination you chose(Such as if you followed the guide and picked Agi combination then check then hover your mouse over the Agi stat) and it should show up as a bonus in green lettering. If it's not showing up then you have a bugged character and there's not much anyone can do about that =/

I would love to know. 

 

Max HP 10%=  Gives you 10% extra HP based on your max HP. Such as if you've got 50k hp it gives you 5k hp.

 

Hlt 5%= 5% of your base Health stat.

Welp darn! I just started playing a few days ago when I ran across this quest. Didn't think much of it either so I winged the info for the sake of getting rid of the CC window and moving along with the rest of the quests..
