Hello, excuse my english is not very well. But recently i had a problem with my Loli Ruri, i went to eden group and make my TI quests, when i return to izlude my pet dissapear, so i returned to eden group and i see that my pet was in eden, no problem so, i back to my Loli to her egg and tryed to use the pet incubator for her in the city, when i used the incubator she never  appear and her egg dissapear. I would like recover my pet ): It is a high cost pet please help. Thanks
