Just happened on my GX Aunoe at 4:35am PDT on Apr 3rd.

And, there was another guy saying he got bugged too.

Okay so looking at it; were going to script a failsafe in where if he failed to spawn you can move next to the announcer guy and he will try to spawn him.

 

Is this already implemented?

I got bug when I was and when wasn't doing it, both.

Really hard to find any consistency there. Maybe they shoul really replace this npc with something else.

I did a quick calc last night after the latest failure. in the 25 days since the instance has been out, I've run it 23 times and gotten the bug 9 of those times...GG

What the hell? that damn Tournament Guide won't show up. I guess the dialog of the Geffen Academy Master is fast or the dialog of the novice is too slow?

 

Please fix it already T.T I need to get the accessories  :sob: still on 777/1350 to get one

I think the bug is a virus, it starts off slow after each maintenance, by the end of the week it's affecting every character on an account.

I recall not having problems as well the day of the maintenance two weeks ago, but had issues on the days afterward. From a programmatic standpoint, I have been wondering if there is a dungeon instance pool and if reuse of a completed instance from the pool would cause the issue due to some underlying variable not being reset.

Dont kill novice so fast, you should let old man NPC finish talking. When his sentence disappear, you can start killing.

Let me know how the instances' performance rates this week. We did a small upgrade to a crucial bit of hardware that may make the instances more stable.

it definitely seems like it's more prone to bug during certain times of the day (two posters last night bugged within minutes of one another). late last night I also encountered the instance cancellation bug when running hazy.

They scripted it weird...

it.. it just doesn't work that way. We will do the fail safe.
