Are you talking about the current Lucky Spin costumes?  Those high % will only be there until the Lucky Spin sets change in the Item Mall and that should be sometime next week. You might want to wait until then and get one of the new sets so you'll get a full month of the 50% drop stat.  Just a suggestion
