So, me and my guild did thanatos run today, All went well until we arrived at 12th floor. none of the statues responded to the charm stones. we tried to start with gold one, and another one. try again with another statue. none responded. so we cant move forward. Please check.

make sure u sell all the quest items u got during the quest to npc everytime.

it is new charmstone, not the used one from previous run

If the statues on the 12th floor don't work that means that Thanatos was killed in within the last 2 hours and its on cooldown

any other method to see if thanatos is in cooldown? kinda bummer if we have to go to 12th floor just to check if the boss is available or not.

Nope. It shouldn't take more than 10 mins to run up there on a Ranger though
