Hello everybody, just want to said that I did the quest but I didn't finished it because I was waiting to finish it before I retake another TI( this is for the buffs). But when I ask for reward at gramps, he erase my Quest log and then i couldn't finish it so i didnt get the gear :SSS Please fix it, or at least tell till when it will be in the server.Thanks in advance(RENEWAL)

CM oda said they were checking it on patch note, but at this time I can't  get the quest again.The lady keep telling me that i've helped her....I only have 1 char to do the quest. :SS

did you raise a support ticket? even if it was "fixed," odds are they would just be changing it so that this bug would not occur in the future; i doubt any fix would actually retroactively give bugged chars the quest back.
