so i was about to file a ticket for my friend who's encountering migration issues , but when i wrote my email add and pass in the support page nothing happened!. Please Help !!!

Make sure your Support Account is verified through Preferences section.
Edit: Replied in a private message, user needed to create a Support Account than using game log in information.
