can you cast wind emblem where bako is standing?
can you cast magic from the cliff, where i seen other rangers attack with their bow/arrows.
can magic proc banaspatsy card?
Yes you can put insignia on the floor, on the second question it depend on your range, as you are asking for insignias i guess you are using sorcs, and sadly, the attack range for sorcs spells is not that great as warlocks one, but anyway, you are no t going to receive that much damage on ME anyway.
And as Fuyukujin said, Banaspaty only works on P. Dmg
