just logged in then got the gift scroll but not opening, when my friend tried his gift it opened, is there a bug or something?

PM me your character and server info, and we'll look into it.

 

We had a second patch during maintenance to resolve this issue, tested it, and it was working okay. It also seems to be working for others, so we're investigating these issues on a case-by-case issue until we can determine why some cannot and others can.

 

We'll hopefully nail it down soon, but if you want to direct players to submit tickets with their info, or PM one of the CMs (or me) with it, we're gathering that info now so we can help Gravity find what's going on.

PD. My account, brother and friends accounts too. But in my main account event scroll works but in the other (secondary) don't works, in my brother account and neigbors didn't works the scrolls (starts event quest to veteran gift).

We discovered the issue and will be having an emergency maintenance tonight at 6pm PST to fix it.

 

It won't require a new patch and it shouldn't last longer than one hour, so we should be up by 7pm PST.

Problem still occurs from recently opened account (after your emergency maintenance). Please do fix sir. Already filed a ticket, got a reply and suggests to have an utmost patience and understanding for the said inconvenience. Thanks in advance.
