I cannot add my existing account !

Alright, so I took a short break from Ragnarok (a month before renewal) and now that I want to play again, I can't. Warp Portal system seems very confusing to me. I honestly don't know what to do. I got as far as "adding an existing account" But every time I try it with the RIGHT information it says "password is incorrect" I've changed my password and it still says it is incorrect. What do I do? I am not able to add my account to warp portal so I can start playing again.

Submit a ticket to WarpPortal Support. Be sure to register a Support account as it is separate from WarpPortal. Log in and check your ticket's status on the site as email responses tend to be unreliable.
