Are you unable to download the game because it takes too long or are you unable to download because you can't access the page?

when i try to download it says unable to access web page like its not there

That's... odd. 
I mean, if you've managed to load the homepage, then the download page should load as well.
Just so we're clear on this, you're trying to download Ragnarok Online, right? (We get a lot of people from the other games coming here to ask questions.)

yea trying to download RO it doesnt matter which i click either the normal download or torrent neither one will work
