CM Oda please help me to fix sprite error when i log in then i choose server thor the sprite error appear.

Screenshot: I dont have any screen shot for the character but in character log in i have..sprite error it happened so fast, last april 25 i can log in other characters in my main account except this characters ..i accidentally equipped an unknown item headgear to my mechanic.. its the only character in my main account who had items and mjolnir tokens then it crashes and now i cant open all my characters in my main account...pls help me..thanks..

I also experienced that sprite error when I tried to wiew my characters that are equipped with the "Goggles" Costume from Pro.

->But when I tried to use my Android Phone (AndRO Client), I can log in without error. With that, I was able to unequip that "unknown item".

->Here's what I will do, I'll try to log-in again in a PC to confirm that the sprite error was came from the "goggles sprite" + mid equipment (goggles is supposed to occupy 3 headgear slots) or just the unknown item itself. BUT THAT SHALL BE TOMMOROW, coz I'm just sneaking into my job to type this important info.

 

BTW. My migrated characters from my second account (same warpportal account) turned MALE, now their names didn't match with them. How can I request a ticket to turn them back?

Always get disconnected after load screen and got stuck up on a map, cant move so I had to close the whole window. Probably because of the lightning costume it is wearing or the enchanted mora equipment.

Same problem with my ranger. Possible reason would be that it's wearing a costume I brought from the cash shop and I'm a little skeptic that it's because of the mora equipment also.

i think i may have PRO exclusive gears equipped hence the login bug
