If you're experiencing sprite crash errors or are seeing items as 'unknown item' apples please post in this thread. The information we need:

Screenshot (if possible) with your inventory and equipment window open. 

If you have an idea of what the cause may be (Oboro on male account, pRO exclusive gear equipped) it would help us to narrow down the cause.

 

Our priority is to get disconnected characters unstuck and to get item sprites and descriptions properly sync'd up. Fortunately many of these issues are client based so it would not require a restart of the servers to implement.

I get disconnected from the server the moment I log them in. Character names and classes are arranged respectively.

Thanks for this thread. please help me with my account, i just try to open my storage in Iris because the other storage have no item/consumables etc... then,a message appeared like this "you cannot carry 30,00 item etc.." something like that then i got Disconnected from the server after that i cannot longer open my account,there are some sprite error appearing.

• Large Baphomet Horn - Unknown Item on the inventory, but it will appear on the character if wore

• Upgrade Items (Muffler, Shoes, Guard, etc) - Bought from the pRO Cash Shop. (sorry, I don't know how to upload screen shot here)

Issue: Wiped out(Cotton Shirt X Knife), My Oboro is missing 20 skill points.

Possible Reason: Nothing that I can think of. By the way I tried to do the skill and stat reset thing, and by doing so I dropped my Cotton Shirt and Knife, after that my char got disconnected and was not able to log in again. Other characters in the account is working fine.
