My friend and I are playing from Australia, and whenever we level our new characters the server seems to make them go back to level 1 again (even after job change). The same problem is happening to both of us, is this a common problem that has occured due to the server merge? I have attached 2 screenshots of before logging off and after relogging. If you have any suggestions or solutions please let me know.

Thanks much for this report. Including the screenshots as you did was really good. The devs are looking into it as this is the first instance they are aware of.

I do have one question for you though. You said this happened to your friend as well as to you- was your friend also a soldier or did he have a different job class?

Hopefully the maintenance will solve this problem but if possible, please update this topic once you have had the chance to log in and check your characters. Thanks!

No problem, it seems like my problem has been fixed. Everything seems to be working normally now, however I cannot say the same for my friend as he hasn't been online, but hopefully it works for him too. If any other problem comes up I will post it up.
