I have a 76 priest I'm trying to level at anubises, and it's really not going well.
Mostly because I'm pretty sure I messed up my stats and skill distribution early on.
Stats are 99 int, 39 vit, and 17 dex. For skills, I didn't get TU like I should have, but I did max Res.

I need to know if there are any other places for leveling that are still good exp, or what I can do to fix the messed up frankenbuild I made that'll make sphinx4 easier.

Since you're a Priest and, looking at your Stats, you look like a non-fighting or support Priest, I think the main point is that you have hardly any points in Dex. While having HP to survive is important, INT is useless if you aren't fast enough in healing/buffing yourself or heal-killing undead monsters.
Another thing is, if you are going for a lot of fighting, you need high DEX to hit monsters, anyway. Renewal gave 'em more Flee ..

On Skills I can't help you much, as I never made a FS Acolyte Class ..
