err i read some posts about resetting quest 

question 1: does it resets the other quests  like brasilis murder mystery?

 

question 2:if it does reset will i be eligible again for the reward?

 

question 3: what item is used to reset the quests

IIRC, the only quests you can reset are Seal quests (god items) and timers for Turn-Ins (gramps). If quest is resetted, you will be eligible for rewards again. In both cases, Magic Stones are used to reset them.

At this point, only by buying RWC Rally Box from other players. It could be purchased in Kafra shop but it ended earlier this week (it was offered for a month).

Probably it will but who knows when it happens. And when I talked about RWC Rally Box, I meant rwc accessories (ring and pendant) like you asked, not sure how rwc weapons are supposed to be obtained except of buying from other people.

hmm i saw someone selling rwc knife so thats why im looking for rwc accesories now but q.q i guess im too late.

RWC accessories cannot be sold because they're account-bound unlike weapons so RWC Rally Box is the only way to get them. The only difference that you cannot buy it in Kafra shop at this point but you still can buy from players for about 64m.

there is a problem tho i started to play at thor and then the migration of LU players start which inflate the price skyrocket and i find it hard to look for a person selling rwc rally box here atm
