Hello everyone. I haven't played RO in about 6 years until a few days ago, so I don't quite remember how to do a lot of the power-player tricks such as dual clienting.

 

Can someone assist me by telling me how to dual client?? If it matters, I'm running Windows 8.1.

Really? I remembered before not being able to run more than one instance of RO without modified clients or double-installing. I'll try this, thanks!

Open another instance of the patcher, ignore the "failed to write" error, close it and click on play, then login with your alt, auto-follow via Shift+Right Click on your main.

You need to bath in the blood of 100 virgins(aka ragnarok players ) to do that.

if you open all the patchers before opening any client you won't get the failed to write error either.

But yes, do what was said previously =)

/NC then right click one character with your other to auto follow.  (if it stops following then go to chara screen and back)  If your using a AB, party buffs will allow you to keep auto following (Making for quicker alt tabs) but individual buffs will cause your client to stop autofollowing.

don't need to log out; just toggle nc and it should work again.
