Did you, by any chance take the quest that asks you to kill Solomian in Sandarman from that NPC and then abandoned it? Because that will cause the NPC to be gone forever (it's a reported bug).

 

If you never had the chance to see the NPC at all, it might be a different bug. But in any case, posting here won't really get you much help, sending a ticket in http://support.warpportal.com is the best course of action.

Por casualidad, tomaste la quest de ese NPC que te pide matar a Solomian en Sandarman y la abandonaste? Porque eso causa que el NPC desaparezca (ya se reportó ese bug).

 

Pero si nunca viste al NPC, puede ser un bug distinto. En cualquier caso, no hay mucho que podamos hacer para ayudarte aquí, es mejor enviar un ticket en http://support.warpportal.com
