I notice the 12th anniversary quest items don't have an expiration date. will there effects disappear after the event is over?

I notice the 12th anniversary quest items don't have an expiration date. will there effects disappear after the event is over?
As far as I know only 12th anniversary costume has expiration date, but the equipment is permanent.
