Considering that Requiem is strictly only allowed to have adult users, this game should be more kind in targeting users who work 40 hours a week. It should also be rewarding for all users who complete an instance or raid instead of creating a massive time sink with the current raid setup. My idea is simple, when a boss is defeated everyone in the party automatically gets a random item from its loot table. This will aid the revenue stream for this game in 2 ways. It will increase player interest and hopefully increase subscriptions. The increased amount of rare gears on the market will prompt users to further reinforce the items increasing sales of Cash Shop insurance xeons.

I would love that, but the thing is that they know that if they increased the drop so much, they would lose sales of item mall insurances: why? because if you can access to have 3-4 of the same items, you can give yourself the luxury of risk and break a few, but if people only have one of the item and is so rare to find another, then they will use insurances from stage 1.
The bosses should drop more, no doubt of that, but 4 pieces of gear pluss and enchant would be more than fine. They also should decrease the hp of the bosses, because it doesnt matter how long the raid takes, the bigger thing that stop people to get those items is to get bound to the raid. Decrease the hp and increase the dificulty: this doesnt mean increse the dmg, but increase the AI. That would increase the aed sells but also would increase the people wishes to go to those places.
But over all i agree that the game should take in account that the 18+ people cant be 24/7 online, and the game should be designed according to that.
