when will we be able to go on Sakray to test 14.3 ? i tried and it won't let me in.

Sakray is up, but there are no test NPCs, no regular NPCs, no door portals and no way out of pront. All there is in pront is kafra NPCs who are of no use because there are no NPCs to get zeny from.

Hopefully they remember to include an npc that sells the new gears from this update.

same here and it has some of my characters from thor showing up. i dont remember this happening before when i went to sakray

Is it just me that want 100% Exp Vip back cause i dont think paying Vip for 50% to be worth just hoping they put Vip 100% back or stop been Vip cause i see no gain

When inquired about said NPC with CM Oda he kindly stated that it will make a presence sometime soon, won't anticipate next week though that highly depends on the work load of the GM team.

ok is sakray completely ready? because  there are no npc to get RK,RG etc mounts and cant really test gear because it can only be upgraded to only +4. i wanna test builds but cant because of lack of gear,cards etc.
