For some reason I do not have this offered on my accounts this month. Has anyone else had this happen on their account? Could it possibly be the Point Return Event has somehow used up the converting bonus for the month?

i don't see the 5% bonus available on any of my accounts, but i don't think it has anything to do with the point return event
