I got mines done in roughly 12 days counting the day I sent in the ticket.

I sent my ticket on 7/3 for a transfer and then desocketing. I got an email today, 7/14, saying the transfer was completed and that the desocketing is handled by another department. I got another email 3 hrs later saying the desocketing was completed.

last time i ticketed in for one it took them three and a half weeks
