I would also like to point out, it is actually more tedious getting +12 or higher than it is +10, so you are in for a treat eventually cju.

No I disagree strongly. Its way easier to 12 something than 10 it.

Yes, getting something to +12 is easier to +10 something. Also, less expensive. +12 is set, and no risk of getting lower than +10, while getting seomthing to +9 again could take all of your resources.

7 to 10 is 0.9% (30%, 30%, 10%) but that fails to consider you can and will fall below 7, which drastically sours the likelihood of getting to 10 fast.

if you are not OP, you can try small party of 2 to help you level there. or if you are OP and have OP friends, just make a party, even shared, then all of you scatter and solo on each own. the exp gained is better that way.

good to know. i thought that it would cost less to just use safe to 10 certs so that i don't have to get something back to +9 after it fails to +10. but you would know better than i so guess i'll sell these safe to 10 tickets afterall.

 

cinnamon i don't see this as a derail at all. we are talking about how to effectively level to 175. +12 items are a big help in that regard, so talking about how to get +12 items is pretty well related to the topic at hand....

An enriched ore 50 box could give you 1-3 shots at +10, while a cert is strictly 1. So its usually cheaper.

I agree with this, so it may be worth making a list of things you should "want" to +12 "if/when you can someday" to improve your 150~175 leveling.

 

Examples:

Immune Shield because 13% neutral reduction is hax

Thorn Staff of Darkness - because every refine is 17 matk (with skullcap) and 1% mdef piercing.

RWC Knife - because every refine is 10 atk/matk, and the final 3 (9->12) also adds 20 more on top of that, so that is 50 atk/matk which is a lot.

hah, i remember when i was aoviding carding my Elven bow because i wanted to put a beholder master card in it....once i +14'd it lol. sure was fun, living in lala land...

 

things I want to +12 asap are my bxb, elven bow, autumm headband, ww armor, and resistant immune shield. next step; win the lottery.

I finally got to go to Nightmare Clock Tower to test it out

I can solo it... yes

I need some more pots than usual (Needing any at all is unusual for me)

Given that our level cap to 175 has effectively "put the cart before the horse", it's not surprise we do not have appropriate places to level. I am eagerly awaiting the new content update, tho I found getting to 175 not that difficult during the xp event. 

 

Having said that, above all else, I am far more eagerly awaiting the vend limit increase if only to clear out eden of many of those annoying chat A-_-.

I like bio4 since it is less likely for people to use bot. We all know that people are selling max level accounts RMT which is bad for iRO.

 

I can easily solo Nightmare Clock tower with my Ranger. No party required.
