Buy soulbound remover from Cash shop. 400 IM = 3pcs problem solved.

It's restricted on purpose. Since this set is a very powerful event set compared to other purely event sets it's only for the char which had the effort to get it.

Little question : Why do people complain about the rate when they do not enchant or soul craft much? It's like "The doubled rate is fake".

Lol and then another set comes out thats 2 times as powerful and is tradable. People who had the effort to get the event one 10x, i feel sad for you lol. This doesnt make any sense to me.

I actually craft/enchant quite a bit.
I would say the soulcraft rate is very good. (ever since the complaint and extra boost)
The enchant rate during the event (armor and weapon) is very good from 1 -> 15.
The rate from 16 -> 20 though is much worse than without the event.
This is my experience from making many items. (The number is in the double digits, the amount of items I have made)
If you want to know the average of IS/RIS used for crafting or enchanting, just pm me in game.
I suggest making everything legend +15 (well I guess you can only go with weapon now, at least the enchanting part, if you want to take advantage of the event) and wait till after the event to go from 16 -> 20.
Just my two cents. Take it as you will.

Since the insurance scrolls on the recommended page are only a sale they will be removed with the end of the enchant event.
