Thats the line the 91-99 eden board quest always say even though I have an eden group mark in my inventory. Is this a bug?

So they fixed the dbl cd bug by making it unusable by anyone?

probably when they fixed the double cooldown, they reverted it back to recognizing the old eden mark. lemme find a char to test

 

edit: ok not sure why it says that for you, but i was able to take new 91-99 quests using both versions of the eden mark
