Noob question here:
I only have +30 on my buffs.

Yesterday I used my free stat reset from the major of Junon Polis.
With this I got 400 CHA and 302 INT (that's why I couldn't use the Brush anymore, it needs 333 int)
What can I do to get higher buffs, I see people with +65..
Of course they have 30 bill gear and I don't have that money, but still.. getting +40 would be nice 
I have about 800m to spend (all I have from 3 accounts)
If someone could help me, that would be highly appreciated

To make it short:
- Base: 400
- Hat: Leprechaun +35
- Glass: Sunglasses +50
- Back: Crafted +30
- Body: Crafteed +30
- Boots: Crafted +30
- Gloves: Crafted +30 or Moldie Inner Tube
- Weapon: Crafted + 30
- Offhand: Tutankhamun Mammy/ Mmmy Doll +40
- Level 70 Ring + Earing: +11 x2
- Level 70 Ring +11 OR Hiria's Tear +60

Total: 708 or 757 (With hiria)
This should take you less than 100m, some of them are free, pretty sure many people will give you.
Of course there are better items but this is the most basic that you can get easily, anywhere.
The above list doesn't mention about gems or additional substat on items.
With some investments, you can get:
- Base: 400
- Hat: Leprechaun (35) + 30
- Glass: Sunglasses (50) + 30
- Back: Summer Backpack (20) +30
- Body: Servant Uniform (30) + 30 OR Leprechaun Suit (25) + 30 (*)
- Boots: Beach Flippers (20) + 30 OR Yellow Rubber Boots (30) + 30
- Gloves: Moldie Inner Tube (30) + 30
- Weapon: With 30 charm (gem/ substat)
- Offhand: Tutankhamun Mammy/ Mmmy Doll (40) + 30
- Beautiful Ring, Earring (22x2) + 30
- Hiria's Tear (Necklace) (60) + 30

+30 means either with Beryl 7 or substat
This should get you around +61 ~ 64
