hello I finished changing the rank of B to A and have not changed my class still in the rank B and will not appear the mission over , Help me I am with this problem over a week !
(ola terminei a mudança de rank do B para o A e não mudei de classe continuo no rank B e não aparece mais a missão,ajudeme estou com este problema a mais de uma semana!)

If you've completed all the requirements, talk to Gilgamesh and click on the Rank Up button. It should work to make you change your class rank.
It's the first of the three buttons, in case you're confused by the hideous overflow of text.

A player reported that the procedure I mentioned (pressing on the Rank Up button) worked for them. In their own words:
"I decided to mess around with Gilgamesh before QQing on a ticket. and not sure what happened, but when I hit the "rank up" button on the NPC menu my character turned to rank B... Took all my MP though, so weird."
It's possible that you need to have maxed your mp before attempting this, but since in your case you might need 100k MP and lose them in the process, I'd rather suggest you to wait until support replies to your ticket.
