So i've been wondering about this since the first time i played iRO. People trades millions and billions of zeny everyday.

But how did so much zeny come to the players in the first place? Just by selling drops and stuff to NPC would take almost forever to reach even 1 billion zeny wouldn't it? Or have I missed something in the history of iRO?

have you forgotten that this game has been alive and kicking since the early 2000s? or that the current chaos renewal server has the economies of basically 7 servers combined into one? AFAIK there has never been a zeny wipe of any sort, so you're looking at 7 economies, some of which go back nearly 15 years.
