So I'm wondering what the community finds to be better for auto-attacking.
+7 Virgo Diadem. ?% chance to proc Excruciating Palm.
+7 Leo Diadem. ?% chance to proc 10s of 3x3? Splash per hit.
+0 Gorilla Model Hat. ?% chance to proc Bowling Bash lvl 1.
I know Excruciating Palm has a few problems, such as the Knockback, and ignoring % cards. Is it still worthwhile though? Is the proc chance say, substantially higher than the Gorilla Model hat? Knockback I can see as being useful in certain very mob heavy maps to reduce damage taken.
Does the Bowling Bash on the Gorilla allow for changing to the skill level? Does it take into affect gutterlines like in normally using the skill?
I had read the Leo and Virgo procs should be roughly the same %, but given it offers no additional damage, just splash, is it enough to really help with mobs in dangerous areas?
Would any of these be more proficient and efficient with particular classes over others? Say, maybe a dual-dagger sinx gets more from one hat than another, or a crit/agi RK gets better usage out of a particular of these three in the experience of anyone?
I'm wondering what I should go for of these options, or if I should skip it entirely and, if so, is there a preferred all-around auto-attack headgear for any general class usage?
