So I'm wondering what the community finds to be better for auto-attacking.

+7 Virgo Diadem.  ?% chance to proc Excruciating Palm.

+7 Leo Diadem.  ?% chance to proc 10s of 3x3? Splash per hit.

+0 Gorilla Model Hat.  ?% chance to proc Bowling Bash lvl 1.

I know Excruciating Palm has a few problems, such as the Knockback, and ignoring % cards.  Is it still worthwhile though?  Is the proc chance say, substantially higher than the Gorilla Model hat?  Knockback I can see as being useful in certain very mob heavy maps to reduce damage taken.

Does the Bowling Bash on the Gorilla allow for changing to the skill level?  Does it take into affect gutterlines like in normally using the skill?

I had read the Leo and Virgo procs should be roughly the same %, but given it offers no additional damage, just splash, is it enough to really help with mobs in dangerous areas?

Would any of these be more proficient and efficient with particular classes over others?  Say, maybe a dual-dagger sinx gets more from one hat than another, or a crit/agi RK gets better usage out of a particular of these three in the experience of anyone?

I'm wondering what I should go for of these options, or if I should skip it entirely and, if so, is there a preferred all-around auto-attack headgear for any general class usage?

Snake head
White eddga doll

Is the White Drooping Eddga also useful for skill attack builds?  Or mostly just auto?

You bring up the RotFL.  Let's say I'm using a Super Novice?  Nevermind, SN's can use the Eddga.

Ok, thanks Jaye.

Now just theoretical, for fun.  Any of the three better than the other?

LOL, yeah, for sure.  I was hoping the crystal synthesis might have brought the HP/SP boosts up substantially higher, or added substantially more damage for the set.  Oh well.  The footgear is still useful, and one day I'll lay my hands on a Faceworm [2], but, eh, I digress, and thanks Jaye.

One last question.

Let's say I have an Eddga hat, and Temporal with Bear's Power.  Can both proc at the same time, or does one override the other?

I don't know if you can be eddga and bigfoot at the saame time. I'll assume not.

Oh, I know they can't.  I meant for other classes regarding the Temporals.  Thanks anyhow Jaye.  Your help is much appreciated.

For anyone else with thorough experience, can Bears Paw + Eddga proc together?

About the three hats in the OP, for fun purposes only, which do you prefer?

Cool, thanks guys.  That sounds pretty awesome.  I'm now curious how that will translate to certain aspd based skills, or at least skills with limited/virtually non-existent skill delay/cooldown, that can practically be spammed.  I was thinking about having some fun with an old-school aspd spear RK, lol, just for laughs, but maybe not anymore.  Then there's of course the one RG skill.  Plus dual dagger GX...lots to contemplate.

So, back to my original question, LOL, I guess maybe I should just buy them and test myself.

DD GX is a money sink, don't do it unless you're prepared to become empty-walleted
