So my Level 80 High Priest is sitting on an account I don't remember the info anymore. It was my cousin's accounts, but he let me use it so I just ended up using it throughout the years. Now that this whole "Warp Portal" place opened up, I have add the account on my account, but it seems I forgot the password, and the Email I don't even use anymore so I'm sitting duck until I can get my account back. I really want my High Priest....plus its been years since I've played and I recently put money in my card so I can reactivate it. I submitted a ticket concerning this issue, but so far no answer. Isn't there a number I can reach by so I can talk about this issue?

The support team right now is working on getting through a lot of tickets. Your ticket will be handled, it just taking longer then it should right now.
