no the exp boost expires after 1 hour.  Likely that they are barely getting into the office right now.

I wonder if you can abuse it and boost the exp so much that it rolls over into the negatives?  Making people lose exp for an hour would be pretty hilarious.

i'm more referring to that maybe boosting the exp past 32,000% would cause an integer roll over.  Thus going back down to -32000ish%.  Seems probable since RO has these problems all the time.

it also popped up when someone did the turn in all option for the mora bounty boards. they fixed that by chunking the exp.
