I'm never sleeping in late on a day off ever again.

And can we get an exact confirmation if there's going to be a roll back or not? I'd like to play RO.

 

I spent almost 1 hour doing daily quests too.. Was going to continue but am unsure now as I don't want to waste my time. They should tell us now if they are going to do a rollback or not. :v

Isn't that actually a good thing at this point? This is actually a good thing for you guys. More power to Classic, less screw-ups over there. Like I said, I have a small catalogue categorizing nearly every single screw up that was made in here. I just became desensitized to it.

I feel that this is something that has to be rolled back..
People spend a lot of time to lv to his/her char from 150 to 175, it takes at least a week to do that.
With this bug you can possibly gain 10 levels or more in a matter of 1 hr or so.
If Oda decide to not roll back the server, he owes us a very detailed explaination why nit to roll back.
Too late is not a good explaination because there is never too late to rollback now.
I dont see why you cant rollback, is it because some people got good drops?
in conclusion, Oda need give us a good explaination either way because this is not our fault to begin with.
Gravity should not release update that has not been tested to begin with.
I hate say this, but you guys are selling broken toys.

Because rollbacks aren't something that they can consider lightly? It took what, a few hours to convince them to rollback the server when the server derped and caused every item being traded, vended and storaged to be duped into inventories.

Keep in mind there is a lot more to a rollback than just lost levels.

Im sure there were people out there who continued watching The walking dead on Netflix after they heard about this exp bug, no .i. given to this pathetic bug haha

 

I want a roll back but I dont fit in any of those 4 groups. I want a roll back for more drama and conflicts. I enjoy reading it

Classic is doing ok. We get our share of broken promises (only half the things on patch notes going in because renewal/thor take staff attention)

and the policing of players is shaky, but I think that is more noticed on Classic because the server is smaller. I know renewal has it's share of the things Classic complains about - we're just louder because of the small community making things more noticeable/individuals more standoutish.

 

But! The the staff have promised us attention once the new renewal patches are smoothed out. Lucky for Classic, major updates aren't a thing that can cause large issues

Grudges are a waste of energy

Better spent making a fun game environment for the people I play with (including the rest of the server so the people I play with have party options/rivals).

 

The staff aren't perfect, they mess up a lot, but renewal's constant beta status is a lot of why I stopped playing it in any mentionable capacity. I still go over there from time to time (I've been considering going for 175) - and the iRO community needs to be more accepting of testing phases requiring more time. They never "test" for any significant amount of time and people get uber pushy for new content.
