Not at all, you are less focused but still fine. 

 

My end game general purpose RC build (built around backpack) would be:

 

str: 120

agi: 100

vit: 90

int: 1

dex: 90

luk: 90

 

with remaining points in vit/dex. You could also lower agi to 90 and use the 10 in either vit/dex/luk. 

Thanks, do you think that this build will also be effective in PVP? I'm assuming you've planned this purely for PVM/MVP only. Based on what I've read so far you'll be needing a high amount of agi to be able to spam RC a lot to make decent DPS.

90 agi with some modest % aspd boosts is fine for an RC build, as your rate caps out at 190 aspd (and that assumes you have perfect input + no lag. 

 

With strings or a kiel card, that changes, but I'm assuming you're mostly not benefiting from aftercast delay. 

 

You are right in that the build I posted is for PVE/PVM/leveling, but it can work in pvp, although it may not be optimal. You may want to drop luck for extra vit/dex if you plan to RC. If you plan to crit, you may want to drop dex and str for more agi/luk. 

 

I have WoE'd with a build like the one I posted (less str, more vit and luk) and I found it wasn't very good, but that also depends a lot on your gear and if you want to go squishy-slashy or be more tanky. I'm not much on WoE/PVP tho, so my experience is somewhat limited and I have not invested a great deal of gear into it (no +12 ceb, for example). I typically didn't kill much (unless Dark Claw was up) and would rather spread poisons and break emps. Though getting a one-shot CRS on an unprepared ranger is always fun. Most the time I run around with a combat knife and shield. 

 

If you want to go more tanky, you may opt for the WoE set, in which case using 90 as a stop point for the stats becomes less relevant -- and so you can drop 10 points here and there to balance out whatever you need.

Question: what is the max dmg can a Katar Crit gx do to amdarais? 

 

Right now the max dmg I can do to amdarais is 54k with darkclaw and eddga proc.

Cit Katar not sure. I am an RC GX and i do about 110-150k per spin  with 400-550CRS damage

Also If you are going Pure RC i think 114 Dex is to much  i would say about 90 is ok

Thanks, I used that stat build as reference and made minor adjustments to it if at one point I try it on PVP, because based on my experience at having a character with more than 120dex I still miss at high flee characters or maybe they have KE on.

You can supplement your hit rate with fighting spirit, ancient shadow, dexterous shadow weapon, etc. 

 

It may be better to use buffs/gear to supplement hit than go so high on dex. 

 

Keep in mind that every 3 luk = 1 hit too, so if you want it purely for hit, you may be better keeping dex lower and raising luk if the cost of luk-to-dex is favorable.

It should be 0 level as far as I know. I think there's some tendency for DA skill to proc at low chance sadly

Crimson katar trumps chakram highly especially if you have a fully maxed character and an overups version of the weapon.
