so i just got ban yesterday when i was playing in the internet cafe because my friend invited me to play then when i go home and try to log in and i got banned lol

Please be patient, the average waiting time for a ticket response is anywhere between a couple hours to 3 days.

what do you mean support account? new account for warpportal or new account on ragnarok?

You will have to inquire about that with the GM team in same ticket, generally what happens through an account suspension investigation can't be discussed publicly on forums.
