I was sitting around on my BS and out of nowhere he started talking on his own like a pet? but the thing is I don't have or use pets.

One of the pubs makes you say dazzler quotes when you drink. Havn't you ever noticed in RL that when people drink they tend to say stupid things?

It is, yesIsn't that part of the quest to go to the Jawaii pub? It looks really familiar.
Eventually you'll get wasted and he'll make you sign something and you'll land in the jawaii pub, with no way to get out except bwinging or drinking at the bar until you pass out.

It's not a bug, it's part of a quest. OP probably clicked on the activation NPC by accident.wow that is one weird bug lol.
