the book from the quest was gone after read it. Couldn't return the quest.
it show " this item cannot be reverted" pls check. thank you.

How would I know if a ticket was sent? I have a bugged quest too, I send a ticket yesterday but I didn't get any notification like "succesfuly sent" or something.... so....

You should receive a confirmation email when you send in a ticket. If this is not received, then it may not have sent 
Also another thing I would highly recommend doing for anyone using the ticket system is to create a support account as it helps to track your tickets. I will post the link to that as well below~
