Requirements to coumpound Nightmare/Terror Avatar Box:
1. Nightmare/Terror Essence (30)
2. Infinity Atma (1)
3. Maximus Basic Xeon (50)
4. Frozen Token (50)
Therefore.. the Essence is obtainable only through daily quest ''MARE GALL'' 1 per day, you can compound Avatar Box after 30 BORING days. Isn't a bit too much for a box that in which the majority of cases contains a piece with bad stats?!!!! Or contains a piece that you don't need?!!!! Who is unlucky in the roll must wait 3-4 years to complete set ?! ^^'
Said this, are recommended these requirements:
1. Nightmare/Terror Essence (5)
2. Infinity Atma (1)
3. Maximus Basic Xeon (50)
4. Frozen Token (50)
*In more the piece of armor must be selectable , at least good or bad in 1 month you manage to do all set.
And if you ask yourself, what you gain, you gain more money for Binds On Acquire Item Trade Xeon, that there shouldn't really be ^^' but go to the next step it's better 
It is increasingly rare find raid for the daily of Wintress, maybe the reward is not attractive 
For this reason is recommended increase a little bit the reward.
Quest Wintress reward---->frozen token x50
Quest Corrupted Heart of the Frost Queen reward---->frozen token x50
