Is this happening to anyone else right now? I just started and I've gotten this twice now.
Go to your game's folder, and open Version.dat with Notepad. Make sure both numbers end on 237.

They do
weird, try changing them to 236 first, if it still gives error try 235, and so on.
doing this should force the game to reapply the patches, hopefully fixing the issue.
