Require level : 160
Usable jobs : Thief classes

 

My question is, does anyone have any experience with its proc rate? (e.g. does it proc well like high upgrade white eddgas?)

according to item scrip from some private server that is forbidden, the chance is:
(5+upgrade level)*0,1%
so if u have 193 aspd, the breakeven is at +9, at that condition, you can proc this endlessly (when the previous buff expired, you will get the new 10 sec buff directly)

i think this procs similar to eddga ones, get it to +9 and above and you will get endless bonus procced

Don't have one but following the pattern, it should proc on skills. Only skill autocasts don't proc on skill uses.

E.g. lucky day procs on skills, drooping eddga and alicel procs on skills, but of course firebolt autocasts don't.

Since the buff is obviously not a skill, should be safe to say skills proc it, which would make it good for RC I suppose?

I tried the cloth at +9,12,14 on sakray. The proc rate seemed really low even at higher refinement levels. Tested using RC and 193 aspd. It does proc from skill attacks. IMO The cloth I only good for CI dancing.

o.O... How low is tt? 10 RC proc once? Does it even comparable to Eddga or i tot CI dancing proc even lower compare to RC due to dps.. >.<

Will have massive repercussions for the value of this thing if it doesn't proc well enough to justify the price.

 

Realistically, we just wanna know if its useful for the average punter ... if it doesn't proc then it's place in high level setups then becomes questionable.

I'm hearing mixed signals. People have told me that even only at +4 it procs often enough that it's frequently on (193 aspd) and now we're being told even at +14 it's very low. I dunno, gotta test an actual rate I guess but despite opening many of my prizes I haven't gotten one yet. 

 

If I do get one, and no one else has posted any rates, I'll chime in then.

What spikes has said i concur with, proc rates are really low even at +12 level. most of the times without the +20 crit and +10% attack. Not really as useful as I had hoped -O-

is there a way to calculate how many seconds out of , say, a minute a proc happens? i dont have fraps lol
