I have no Idea what happened to me, but just after I finished my Eden quest I went down to Veins and started gathering some experience when I got, probably, wrongfully banned.

Can someone tell me why ? 
Since I was playing normally and even talking to a friend In Game at the time..

Sorry to hear about your ban man, but the only way to get unbanned is to ticket in and wait. Sending multiple tickets/forum posts won't help.
