Friday Night, Gateway and WarpPortal are again available.

We do apologize for the forced downtime for the WarpPortal and Gateway during this long weekend. They are back up now, and hopefully no more problems are had forcing them to be unavailable.

You should be able to play normally now, and perform normal account maintenance as well, and enjoy whatever sales event we are currently having.

As of ~8:30pm Friday it is back up.

I also am having problems accessing the Power Up page, after 5 minutes all I had was the secure information in the browser bar. Also slow loading times for the main page of warp portal.

Have been patiently trying to login and proceed to Power Up section, for several hours now. I am afraid, either the site will not open at all, or will not load any further than login page...

Any new update about the status and also the fate of +15% Reinf and Enchant event on Requiem, would be greatly appreciated, thanks.

Looks like the issue has come up again and we are looking into a resolution

I'm recieving this error when i try to login to WP

App_Web_j7hds2sh-Object reference not set to an instance of an object.

EDIT: Seems to be working now.

I tried to charge my account with a credit card. After checking that my card had sufficient funds in it, I submitted the information and pressed next (Not first time buyer). Then I received the message:
Failed AVS Check: 10554 - The Transaction cannot be processed.

Thinking I input wrong information, I retried several times to no success. Then I checked online to look at my balance, and found that money had been subtracted from my account multiple times.

Why am I getting this error, and will a refund be given for this error? I'm missing $30 from my credit card.

my gateway doesent work. all it does is load, and nothing else.

I too can't even get to my games..... i click gateway, it opens, then does a never ending scanning. -.-''

(Moves heads) opps i moved lol :D

I wonder just what it is it's scanning. Your eye? Eyes? Face? Brain? Medulla oblongata? How does it know if it's confirming your identity if you never set up your identifiers? http://forums.warppo...tyle_emoticons/default/533.gif
