I have two characters with FAW but I'm not sure what card to insert. I have a monk going Sura, and a Kagerou.
What are you recommendations?

Depends on what the FAW is for. Like the FAW with Expert Archer Enchantments, people tend to double down on the ranged+% by putting Menblatt Card in it.

Green Maiden and upgrade that FAW to +13 or over.

if you find your char wearing FAW easy to die/ die a lot, put a raydric card in it. If you got more zeny, put a DR card instead.
A good offense is a bad defense if you die a lot.

I'm using menblatt for faw with EA enchant, for defensive so far my old +9 hbp [raydric] works well <<< cheaper version of DR

Most of mine are immune, but I do have a deviling which I would suggest if you can afford it.

I ended up getting one of each for all situation purpose (DR, Ray, Nox, Wakwak, Menblatt, Antique Book, etc.) i'd say raydric for general leveling use, or DR for specific places where you dont worry about elemental skills ( DR is really op), other than this one of the ofensive cards imo.
@klintx Dont ever put randel in a faw, complete waste, you can just card Randel onto anything, and switch to cast guard, it wont go away when you switch the garment.

depends on your job.

Oh I see, when you cast the guard skill even though you put away the garment with randel, it the buff will not be removed! thanks a lot! sorry, for my noob question again
