All KVM gear refine bonuses cap at +15. Normal refine bonuses for +atk and +def will still apply

Some one please explain this or is this a typo!

IMO, this only applies to Thor server inside WoE SE castles due to migrated overupgraded equipments (especially +20 glorious weapons)  that were not able to downgrade to +12.

If the item already has a lower cap on the benefits they will not be affected.

pRO GMs. I know someone who has a +20 kvm, and a lot of guys with +17~+19 kvms.

there's also plenty of uber overupgraded non-kvm gear; no announcement on what, if anything they're doing with those.

same with costumes that have maya p carded into them, slotted gears that aren't normally supposed to be (pile bunker lol) and hoa mvp cards.

at least woe 1 isn't active yet b/c then they can just say that the cards are legit.

Well i doubt they have woe set or reductions like we got in iro.

As some of you may have noticed. The Thor server merger left us with some items that ideally should not exist. Examples of that included over upgraded items, MVP a handful of MVP and Mini boss cards, and carded costume items.

 

We will do our best on our end to remove these items however, we sadly at this time cannot search the entirety of the thor server and locate all the items. The game is just not setup this way and kRO still has not provided us with the tool to do so.

 

So what are we going to do you may ask? Well if we find one of these items we are going to reduce it to where it should be. If an item is upgraded about +15 and not refined on iRO we will reduce it to +15. If the MVP card did not come from iRO we will remove it. If the costume has cards, we will remove them.

 

Now you can help us in this process. If you see anything funky please let us know by submitting a ticket to https://support.warpportal.com Title the ticket "Thor Merger Items" make sure to include a character name in the ticket. We will then look through that accounts character inventories, carts, and storages and remove all bad items we can find.

Am I reading this correctly? So if an item is +15... it will be reduced to +15... o_O?

More like if it was upgrade above 15 it will degrade to 15
