What is the best garment to put Deviling Card? for PVM purpose. And easy to sell it back in future.

Between FAW and HBP which better?

Depends on your stats/class/preference. I have both, because I like that HBP can have 5% more neutral resistance on my Sura. While I use DR FAW on my GX and Geneticist for extra crit+ASPD(GX) and ranged attack (gene).

 

Most people seem to lean towards FAW, because you can re-make it any way you want anytime.

If you can afford 2 dr card, greeding loot is probably negligible money/income to you. That's how it is for me. Faw gives better stats due to enchanting.

Seriosuly though, it all depends on your classes. GX's love HBP and I use DR on it almost all the time since I got mine. But FAW is the best one end-game. EA10 is the favored enchant. 

 

If you have a GX main, a DR HBP is super useful. If you main a Gene, putting it in a FAW EA10 would be more sensible. Also, that same FAW could be used my Mechanics, RK's, RG's, Rangers and Performers :3
