The buttons such as "hair color, hair style, eye style, eye color, voice, face style, are all shaded in. I thought it was supposed to be that way until I checked on youtube that it wasn't supposed to happen. I wanted to take a screenshot to insert my evidence, but it turns out that the screenshot button "Print Screen" isn't working either!  I even tried pressing F1-F12 and scroll lock, and pause break, but none of them worked.

I'm quite new to forums so sorry for any inconvenience!

Oh hello daijakake,

 

Did you try choose your gender, class and job first?

 

I remember you can only start customize your character appearance after making those choices.

 

And if you are using Steam the print screen key is f12, but if you are using the normal client you can try prtscrn key.

 

I hope this can help solve your problem.

The normal in-game screenshot button doesn't work in intro screens

Steam one is supposed to show the screenshots you took when you exit the game (screenshot uploader or something), so you can select which ones to save, and there always the old screenshot button in your keyboard, when you gotta paste it in a image editor program before saving it
