Just quest, level, and enjoy game....do Premium Dungeon everyday.... do level 70 quest Origins, it will unlock dailys that give lots of exp and shards...at 85 you get new dailys, that gives you tokens that you can sell at npc or player....find a good guild and make RAIDs....there are many ways to make moneys, just play and find the best one for u.

btw Ayankoo u have 2 options to get money: faster version is norrinrad's comment, slower version from kaza, u can enjoy both
