So, my guild just done a biolab instance today. we got Gipsy, and when she died, she said something like last words. Here it is

And the reward for completing this bloody Shelter quest are 10 pcs Blood Thirst.

rewards are random, 10 BT is the worst of the rewards (I have gotten this on both times I've turned it in x.x) a friend has gotten 2x bloody cross and something else. Others are more lucky than us.....

I got two ancient decos, two salvage capes, ghost chills once, will of warrior four times, bloody cross twice, guillotine katar, chilly spell book, and probably some other stuff.

I know sagi has gotten a ton of decos lol but she's done it many more times than us and I've stopped running it for a while now

i think howard refers Sister as Margaretha, not as biological sister, but sister like nun. coz the response is related with marga's last words, when she comforts her dying team
